Kristin Petrucci owner of Buona Forchetta UT, featured on Good Things Utah, and Fox 13 the Place--is coming to wisk us away to Italy for the day! We will be making Authentic Italian Caprese and Bruschetta. Did you know there is a right way to create the perfect Bruschetta? Kristin will be bringing fresh European Italian bread from Artisan Baker Jonathan Cagnacci (Mastra Italian Bakery) to give us the true Italian experience.
Caprese: Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, Snuck Farm basil drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Served with European Bread
Bruschetta: Fresh Tomato basil salad served over Toasted European bread.
