"This breath work meditation therapy class is designed for HER, inside HER allocated time. An adventurous pursuit of nourishment through the portal of breath into the wild inner landscape of the she, the we. She is you and me, your womb and mine. She is the earth and the divine. A collective return to the red tent, wherein women gather to nourish the self and one another. A restoration of womb and cycle health through education, meditation, vibrant connection, and spiritual creation. A class well suited for women with dysfunctional cycles, womb related dis-ease, a mother wound, or trauma birth, as well as women looking to connect more deeply to themselves and each other. If you are a woman, this sacred class is created for you.
My approach to breath work meditation therapy is influenced heavily by pranic (breath work) kundalini practices and shamanic traditions of earth and animal medicine. Also infused in the magic pot; notes of transformative psychology, emotional intelligence, and energetic healing. Always anchored in safe and supportive energy that creates self and collective connection for all those that participate.
If you are new to meditation, I invite you to surrender to the unknown and to carry courage inside the fear, trusting the call of the soul to lean into something new and transformative. If you are experienced on any level in meditation, I invite you to experience something unlike any previous experience, to return to the wild inner landscape, trusting me to be your guide.
I invite you ALL to reconnect to you, to take time for HER."

The Art of Bread
Join us for a two hour workshop with Amber of @amberskitchen, famous for her classic white loaf bread. This is a semi-demo class so part will be done by Amber and the last parts of bread making will be done by you.
From Amber: “I will lead a hands-on dough and bread making demonstration. You will get a chance to make the dough, touch it, knead it, roll it, stretch it and form it so you really get a grasp for how to make your own classic sandwich bread at home! You will go home with your very own loaf and also a loaf pan!”
Refreshments will be served.
February 8th 12-2 pm
Hosted by Suss Cookies, Midway Utah.
TFH tickets are not refundable, but tickets are transferrable.
