Learn to make the following:
- apple roses
- roasted brussel sprouts and proscuitto bites
- sweet potato rounds with whipped goat cheese and toasted pecan garnish

Background on chef Steph:
We are pleased to have highly skilled and experienced local, professional chef, Stephanie Thompson, join us as our teacher for this class. Stephanie is from Indiana and her impressive resume includes work at the infamous Hilton Head of South Carolina to cooking at the Montage in Park City to working as a private celebrity chef (maybe she will name drop during class?), to her current role at Suss Cookies as head chef.
